Mountain Guides
All Kilimanjaro guides are licensed by the Kilimanjaro National Park Authority and trained in altitude sickness recognition, first aid, and client safety. They know every route, camp, and weather pattern on the mountain.
Guide-to-client ratios follow park regulations, and senior guides lead our group climbs with assistant guides on larger teams.
Porters
Porters carry food, camping equipment, and personal bags within park weight limits. RLAT follows KPAP guidelines on fair wages, loads, and mountain crew welfare — including proper tents, meals, and tipping guidance for guests.
